We have an urgent requirement for a Senior BA/PM role for the Colorado Water Modernization Project, with an expected start date of July 7, 2026 .
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support a complex Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation for a public sector permitting modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering requirements,
facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting business processes, and translating public sector operational needs into Salesforce-ready user stories and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
Lead requirements discovery sessions with business users, technical teams, and public sector stakeholders.
Document current-state and future-state business processes for permitting, licensing, application intake, review workflows, approvals, document generation, payments, and reporting.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
Support configuration design for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Flow, and related Salesforce capabilities.
Work closely with solution architects, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement clarification, UAT planning, and defect triage.
Support data migration and integration discussions, including mapping business data from legacy systems to Salesforce and external systems.
Help define role-based access needs for internal users, external applicants, consultants, reviewers, and administrators.
Create and maintain documentation, including business process maps, requirements traceability, test scenarios, training inputs, and user guides.
Assist with stakeholder communication, change impact assessment, and user adoption activities.
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise IT or CRM implementation projects.
4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementation projects.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or OmniStudio.
Strong ability to translate business needs into Salesforce user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
Experience facilitating workshops with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and UAT support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with government, public sector, permitting, licensing, inspections, grants, or regulatory workflows.
Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Flow, DocGen, or Business Rules Engine.
Experience supporting integrations with external systems, payment portals, document management systems, or data warehouses.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, or OmniStudio Consultant.
