video tutorials-getting started

I cannot hear the layout tutorials. have tried several different
methods and all I get is the video with no audio. Has anyone else had
this problem? I have been using sketchup for a while now, but am just
trying to learn how to use layout. I can figure most of the stuff out
with the exception of how to get the sketchup model/pages into layout.
Also how to resize and edit the title page for 18x 24 or larger
printing.

I just tried both, Mac and PC and they worked. Streamed is Flash, so
that should be easy to look at by checking other sites.

Also: Resize pages via File->Document Setup, select Paper and
resize.
