Does anyone know a workaround for not being able to export to pdf?
Have tried a few things, but just get an empty or unreadable file of
about 1kb as the end result, which Adobe can't read.....
Any suggestions welcome!
Thanks, Darren.
Maybe you can export as jpg, and then convert to pdf.
There are converters on the www to be found, or you can use Photoshop.

IF this is really a LayOut problem (the software), this is not a good
way.
Gai...
p.s. I'd love to help but it rather seems to be some hardware issue
than LayOut (mine just works perfect).
Yet maybe another workaround; get a (free) virtual PDF Printer (like
PDF Creator for instance) and try to "print" your file instead of
exporting.
I've had a reply from the nice people at Sketchup who told me to
select all the text using Ctrl & 'A', (I did this on each page),
changing the font, then changing it back again to my desired font.
Bingo - works perfectly, now I get a fine .pdf export!
Apparently may have been caused by me pasting in the text from another
model - anyway, that's the workaround!

Darren.
