Center a rectangle

Obviously I'm new to sketchup -
Q: If I wanted to center a smaller square inside another square,
what's the quickest way of doing that?

Use the offset tool and offset perimeter (outwards or inwards) typing
the needed distance in the VCB window (bottom right). That's the
straightforward procedure.

You will do it in shorter time that you read this.
