Pro Licence Authorisation Key Not Received

Hello All,

I've seen a couple of threads here regarding Keys - I'm in the same
boat basically - I've not received my email, have checked my junk mail
and now I've added sketch...@sketchup.com to my whitelist.

Is there any way to get the key re-sent? As far as I can tell from my
Account the order has been received/processed. My email is
darren@roberts.....if that's any help? It just seems a bit odd that
I've had 2 emails confirming order and processing hours ago, then
nothing.

Any help gratefully received!

I'm sorry to hear that there was a problem receiving your license
email. If this hasn't been resolved, please send us note via the
online support request form. You can access it here:

http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/request.py

As a licensed Google SketchUp Pro customer, you're entitled to free
online support for two years. Feel free to use this form in the
future, especially with licensing issues.

For "how-to" type questions, this is definitely the best place to
start.

Hi Bil,

Many thanks for the info -

My situation now is that due to not receiving the key and not seeing
the funds debited from my account, I followed the 'purchase' button a
second time from the Sketchup start screen - on this second occasion
it took me to a Google site which sold in UK pounds (for some reason
the first time I got taken to a screen in dollars) - however, after
successfully completing my purchase through the UK site, I have been
billed for BOTH.

I've still not received the original, 'first attempt to purchase' (via
site in dollars) authorisation key, only the one from the UK site.
I've been trying to contact a chap called Joao Goncalves, (as they
sent through the original email I assume when I ordered and paid in
dollars) but have heard nothing back re a refund.

I take it they can easily tell that I've obviously not received the
original license, or I would have activated it by now, so I can't
understand why I've not heard anything back.....

Anyway, thanks for the tips - I'll post back to let you know how I get
on with the support request form! I just don't want to be charged
twice when I didn't even receive one of the 'products'....

Bugger. Just followed the link - I've already previously submitted
via that form and had nothing back.

Have you any other suggestions Bil?

Just posted via that form again, this time with the following included
so that they can hopefully tie up the two orders -

The order number which I got charged dollars for was 169462 under
email address darren@roberts**.fslife.co.uk
. I did not receive any licence for this order but have still been
charged. Please refund for this order as is not received.

The order number I did receive was #V17757 under email address
darren****gmail.com. This is fine, please leave this one as is.
