Is there a way to change a No Show to checked in?

to Using Volunteer Scheduler Pro
I have been searching through the help options but cannot seem to find a way to change "no shows" to having been present. My volunteers did not use the sign in kiosk but were there and I don't want those hours not to be counted for them. Can anyone help?

Hi Amy, 

You can clear the flag in a position to remove the no show. Here is an article on how to do that as a Web Admin, and it works similarly by right clicking in the desktop application.
