New feature: Send announcements from the Volunteers pane

Hello Google Group!

I wanted to let you know about a new feature that we released today that is in direct response to your requests and feedback. You can now directly select the recipients for an Announcement by choosing from a list of all volunteers.

To update VSP to the new version, just go to https://www.volunteerschedulerpro.com/download or go the Help menu inside VSP and choose "Check for updates now."
