Hello everyone!

I’ve had the pleasure of supporting our products here at Rotunda Software for more than 10 years, and I wanted to post a quick note to say that this Friday, September 28th will be my last day. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to you all - I have learned so much from this community.

People have a general idea of what it means to provide tech support, but it’s so hard to put into words how rewarding it is to support others. Some of you have been users since before my time, and others I’ve helped onboard into the program. Together, we’ve become VSP masters. We’ve cried tears of joy when we recovered a database, shared excited “ah-ha!” moments as various scheduling pieces clicked into place, had conversations that feel like talking to an old friend, and wished goodbye to past schedulers who’ve moved on to new roles. Never would I have imagined feeling such a close personal bond with such a diverse community as I do with you all.

I leave you in extremely capable hands as Raina Hanson takes my place as the Director of Technical Support, alongside Phoebe, Jack, and Dominique to round out our Support team. And not to mention Patti, Alicia, and Kevin who are our Sales and Onboarding Specialists! I love to tell people on the phone, “Don’t worry, no matter who picks up, we’ll have the answer for you,” and I can say with certainty that is true now more than ever.

Thank you for sharing this experience with me! I look forward to carrying on everything I’ve learned from you. You are all amazing, and I feel totally spoiled and lucky to have worked with each and every one of you!
