Hi MSP Community!
I was chatting with a church yesterday that’s navigating a seasonal challenge—many of their families travel over the summer and forget to enter all their “Can’t Serve” dates in MSP. As a result, they’re seeing an increase in sub requests each week. Have any of you experienced this in your church, too?
I’d love to hear: What tips or strategies have helped you keep volunteers engaged and schedules running smoothly when availability might be limited?
