Change of Name

I am trying to change the username and password for the new school secretary in MSP but because she has the same (generic) email address as the previous secretary, her name does not show up in the receptions pain in preview when trying to send a reset password email. If I try and fool it by sending her an email from the volunteers pane the name of the previous secretary shows up in the user name the body of the pre-configured email for reseting passwords that I cut and paste into to email

Any ideas?

Great question! Installation Admins can manually change a volunteer's username and/or password under Web Terminal Settings in the program. Here are the steps: Reset volunteer username and password as an administrator
