Has anyone illustrated their process flow for registration/scheduling/sign in fromweb admin or leader perspective?
How about a flow chart of scheduling preference impacts and the auto scheduling dynamic?

That said, the online documentation and videos are tremendous and " chunked out" very elegantly BUT I yearn for a few high level, big picture diagrams. I get lost trying to see sequence and gotchas, but my attempts to map have been poor.

Ministry Scheduler Pro is a huge blessing to our parish.  However, it hasn't been used properly over the years. We are catching up but it is hard to repair the jet plane in midair.

Hi everyone!

Mary, thank you so much for your thoughtful message! Please know it's also a huge blessing for MSP to be part of your ministry, and we’re so glad to hear the program is helping your parish, one step at a time.

Your question about creating big-picture diagrams to illustrate your flow and processes in MSP is a great one! While we don’t have flowcharts exactly like you described, below are a few resources that might help clarify parts of the process. It sounds like you're already aware of many tips in the MSP Help Center, but in case it's helpful to you and others in the Google Group, I wanted to share some examples here:

I’d also love to hear from others in this group—have any of you created diagrams or flowcharts for your processes? Sharing your ideas could be a huge help for Mary (and the rest of us)!

Mary, as you continue exploring and cleaning up the process, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team (Help > Send Data Files to Tech Support). They’re great at troubleshooting and helping untangle tricky setups while keeping your MSP database running smoothly.

Thanks again for reaching out with your ideas and being part of this amazing community. Looking forward to hearing what others might have to share, too!

Warmly,
Krista

Hi MSP Community!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate the questions and ideas shared in this group—not only do you help fellow churches with your insights, but you also inspire our team at MSP to create new resources for supporting your ministry!

With that in mind, I wanted to share a new article we recently published on the MSP blog: The Scheduling Tool You'll Wish You Tried Sooner. It’s full of tips to help churches get the most out of the auto-scheduler, which is included in every MSP subscription.

I hope the article sparks some fresh ideas for your ministries! And if you have any favorite auto-scheduler tips of your own, we’d love to hear them. 🙏

Warmly,
Krista
