New Ministries

Hello all! We are adding some new ministries to our MSP schedule. We have two nursing home facilities and then our Homebound. Communion is delivered to them on Sundays and we want to get those individuals into MSP. However, I want it separate from the rest, in that them being scheduled for one of the above ministries doesn’t affect them potentially being Eucharistic minister the weekend before or after or affect their overall totals for ministry distribution. Does that make sense? Any ideas on the best way to go about this?

Hi Lisa and Lisa,

Albie has a great idea there! If you list your homebound and nursing home EMs at the same service as your regular Sunday service, you can say that one person is schedule to both serve at that service and  take communion to either the nursing home or homebound residence using the "schedule in combination with" options available to you. This will not limit people from already serving on the weekend to serve in the other ministries, or vice versa.
