How to modify the "thanks anyway" message?

It's not included among the preconfigured email templates. I can't find any (obvious) point of access to it in the Web Terminal or Web Forms areas of the desktop MSP app. I'm not a huge fan of the wording of the "thanks anyway" message, and would like amend it a bit. Where can I do this?
