Hi MSP Community!

Ever wish an MSP announcement could send itself…like when it’s your day off?

Many of you asked for this feature, so I’m excited to share that it’s been added to the Plus edition of MSP. You can now schedule emails and texts to go out automatically on a future date/time you choose with Send later. 

A few messages I’m already planning to “send later”:

 Thank-you note on Easter Monday
 “Happy Thanksgiving” message to volunteers

I’m curious…when would scheduling emails/texts ahead of time be most helpful for you? Let us know, and we may try it then too!

Just curious… has anyone tried the new Send later option yet? If so, how did it go? Would love to hear where it’s been helpful in your Announcements—Holy Week, busy weekends, or anytime recently.

I love this feature. As I am really busy it is better for me to take care of business as it comes up. So meaning if I can get an email ready to go out and have it automatically send for me is super helpful. I use this with my own work email and personal texts all the time. Things come up in our lives and if we can get it done at that moment to send closer to the date and not have to worry about it any longer just helps so much.
