I have worked around the following problem for now but would like to know how I can do the following the easy way.
This Christmas Eve and Christmas Day many of our volunteers will be out of town and have added the dates around December 24th and 25th to their “Can’t serve date / times” field. I need to send a reminder to all volunteers of open positions for Christmas Eve & Day but exclude any who will be out of town. If I add the filter “Can’t Serve Times” this only send those who will be out of town. I do NOT need to send emails them but to those whose who will be in town.
I tried the Logic “Not Group” but I still only get those who will be out of town. I need a “Can’t serve times DO NOT include …”.
Can you help me to send only to those who WILL be in town? And for icing on the cake, I would like to exclude those who have already volunteered for Christmas Eve and Day. This will help me for future special services and perhaps someone else.
