cleaning past "can't serve" dates

Is there a setting that automatically clears the "can't serve" dates on minister's profiles once the date has past?

Yes. Click on any minister. There's a "Clean..." button on the lower right side. Once you click on that, you can clean all or just that minister. That deletes all can't serve dates that have passed by.

Yes. Once you open the 'Clean...' window (on any individual), you can select 'Clean All'. That applies it to everyone in the database. 

The previous question was looking for an automatic way to do this. The description I sent was manual. I don't know of a way to automatically clear out old can't serve dates.

Susan,

There is a way to manually clear past dates from all minister's profiles.

When you click on CLEAR DATES, you get a pop up asking if you'd like to clear them for all ministers. 

I was asking if there was a setting that would automatically clear them once the date is past.
