How Do You Recruit New Ministry Volunteers?

Hi MSP Community!
At my church, we’re ramping up efforts to recruit new volunteers for liturgical ministries. For years, we mostly relied on a once-a-year stewardship fair, but we’re realizing the need for more year-round promotion to encourage everyone to get involved. ⛪
I’m curious — What strategies have worked well for your church? Do you make announcements during Sunday services, host an info table, or run ads in the bulletin? Maybe there’s something else that’s been effective!
