Is there a way to keep a volunteer as a sub such that they get sub request emails but do not get general emails, such as emails asking them to update can't serve dates in advance of building the next schedule?  Thanks for your help!

Hi Gretchen,

Although there may be better options for your specific setup, the easiest way I can think of that will work regardless of other setup options is to create a ministry called Sub and add any volunteers who you do not want to get those emails. Then, when you send an email, you can filter for volunteers who are NOT in the ministry Sub.

If you would like us to take a look to see if there might be a better recommendation for your specific database, you can send in your data files (Help - Send Data Files to Tech Support) and we would love to help!
