Hello,

 

I apologize for asking this but I can’t recover the email/information that was sent earlier.

 

MSP has a suggested schedule for service planning – I think it was for 3 different periods during the year but I can’t remember for sure.  Could you please share that with me?

Hi Ruth, 

Are you talking about the suggestion to schedule quarterly starting in February? If so, it goes like this: 

Frustration-free quarterly scheduling:
Feb-Apr: includes Ash Weds and Easter every year
May-July: provides a good transition into summer
Aug-Oct: start of new school/ministry year
Nov-Jan: covers all holidays and no need to create a new schedule mid-Dec
