Is it possible to set up automatic emails that send as soon as a volunteer is scheduled? Not an email that send a week before he's scheduled, but as soon as the ministry leader schedules him?

Hi Jennifer,We do not have automatic emails that let a volunteer know they are scheduled if you are placing them manually. In that case, you would want to go to the Emailer and send them an email that includes the {{ScheduledServices}} token. There a preconfigured template I love called "Schedule Finalized" that I send to all volunteers once my schedule is completed that might be helpful to you.If a volunteer signs up online, however, there is an email that is automatically sent to them once the Web Form is processed to let them know they successfully signed up.I noticed that you mentioned this happening when a Ministry Leader would assign a volunteer, and I would be happy to add that as a feature request to our developers on your behalf!Raina Hanson
