Two ministry leaders for a ministry

I have two ministry leaders for our lector ministry.  When one of them sends an email from the Announcements tab, any reply from the volunteer only goes to that leader who sent the message.  It would be great if both leaders received the reply.  I don't know how to add two names to the "From: field.  Even if I enable "Bcc to me" I can make the email come back to me, but the reply will still go back to the person in the From field.

Is there a way to put two names in the "from " field of an announcement, or otherwise have the reply go to multiple ministry leaders?

I have a group set up, i.e. Head-Of...@mychurch.org, independent of MSP, both leads are in the group, then for the from address I use that email.  I use the same email on our website as well for anyone wanting to get information about the ministry.  This works great as I keep those types of groups up to date if people leave a ministry or new people join.
