Good evening

Is there a way I can set up a volunteer who wants to be Lector and Eucharistic Minister on the same day/time?

Or will I need to manually schedule this person?

Nikki:

You can edit these two ministries (lector and EM) so that they could be performed at the same service/time. Check the settings you have for these two ministries-- use the Edit Ministry button to see your options-- "This ministry may be scheduled in combination with...".

Hi Nikki,

Yes, you can do this. Hopefully I have this correct. :)
Go to your ministries pane.
Double click one of the ministries
Check "This ministry may be scheduled in combination with..."
This will bring up a dialog box to which you can select the ministry to be scheduled with
Do it for both ministries, or at least I did.

With Covid, I had to use this often.
