Are there any Music Directors using MSP for their Cantors?  If so, are your cantor schedules separate from the other liturgical ministers, (EM's, Lectors, etc.)?  Since I've begun using MSP last May, I've added the Cantors that I schedule (for 2 services) to my skeleton so that the system takes care of scheduling everyone.  The other staff person who only schedules cantors for three of the weekend services is interested in using MSP.  He has previously issued his own Cantor schedule.  If he is added as an administrator, can he design his own cantor schedule, or would it have to be rolled into the skeleton with the Sacristans, Lectors and EM's?

I have them in with the rest of the ministries and it works fine.  He could still be the administrator.  You'd just have to have the correct number for each service which I just quiz my Music Director on when it is a special service or Mass.  If it is the regular line up then I know how many he needs for each one.  I also have the choirs as pre-assigned 'ministers' of music, where they're forced into the Cantor/Choir slot each week that they serve.  That way all Masses that have music have that slot filled by either a cantor or a choir.
