Hi Frank (and anyone else experiencing issues with charter.net), 

The issue with some Charter.net emails being bounced appears to be resolved! If you need to resend an email to your bounced volunteers, you can make it a bit easier by following the steps in this article: 

Resend an announcement to volunteers for whom it bounced
