I think you might need to check the “Allow volunteers to submit can’t serve times for dates that have already been scheduled” on the Web Terminal settings – Profile Changes – Can’t serve times.

 

See if that’s the problem

Hi Frank, 

That message will usually come up when the schedule has been created before volunteers are done inputting their can't serve time. As Richard noted, you can get around this with the following settings:

Just remember to turn them back off when the schedule goes Live!
