Using Google Apps for non-profits and mission based organizations

Off the shelf Google provides a powerful email and calendar function.
Google sites provides a place for multiple web domains. The sites
setup is fairly basic with a set of canned themes however users can
choose from thousands of gadgets that enhance functionality. Also,
forms can be added to pages that provide sign up, registration and
time logging capability. Event calendars can be embedded in pages on
sites. News Announcements pages work just like a blog. Users have
the ability to allow comments and attachments on a page by page basis.

Are team is currently investigating porting data collected by a Google
form to a mySql or SQL Server database.
