Recognizing this fact and trying to stay self-aware as a player can go a long way toward avoiding this sense of boredom. When I sit down to play a new game, I tell myself to focus on having fun. I set myself a goal: to beat the main storyline. Yes, I will take on side quests and explore on my own, but when I sense myself drifting off too far and starting to feel apathy toward the game, I have to right my course and head toward the next main quest objective.
One of the reasons I get so obsessed with side quests is because I love the sensation of checking things off a list. I do this in my personal life and my work life. I love keeping to-do lists and seeing my progression. But one of the pitfalls of to-do lists is avoiding the more complex items in favor of easier tasks.
Quests are objectives in which the player will be rewarded for completing them. They can be started when the player talks to the person who gives the quest. Quests are marked with a sword over a shield.
The following content will provide you the specific steps required to complete the quests found in the game. Do not read on unless you're really stuck or just plain lazy and don't mind having the fun taken out of the game. Remember, this is Stick RPG 2. It's not his story or her story, it's your story.
Stick drift is unrelated to tracking, lighting, etc. It's purely either the software has incorrect calibration values (which we don't have access to anymore), or the hardware is physically impaired (the contacts in the potentiometers are dirty or worn away).
Hello WebbyOyster73. Thanks for reaching out, this isn't something we like to hear. We understand you're having tracking issues with your controllers and how that can prevent you from enjoying your VR experience. We're more than happy to assist you and get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
The next thing we need to check on is your play area. How is the lighting? Having a too much light or too little light can cause tracking issue. Texture is also a factor with tracking. If there is not enough contrast between objects in the room, this could lead to tracking issues. Try playing in a different play area.
In particular, WD40 make a product explicitly for this kind of thing: contact cleaner (non conductive, leaves no residue). I grabbed some from Bunnings to clean up sockets on an old Amiga motherboard, worked great.
Sadly drift is a semi-common problem in the games industry. There have been class action lawsuits against Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo for stick drift on their controllers (don't know if the lawsuits went anywhere, probably not). It's just an unreliable but convenient technology that everyone uses.

Quest M49 shooting monopod helps you handle the elements with a soft foam hand grip and anti-slip rubber feet. Weighing less than one pound and with a karabiner and hand strap, it's great for travel. Its removable U-shaped yoke with rubber fins swivels 360 so you can make shots at every angle without repositioning the shooting stick. Remove the yoke and use its universal " thread bolt with spotting scopes, camcorders or cameras. Quick flip leg locks make height adjustment quick and easy.
Side quests are the secondary objectives of Stick RPG 2. They are optional, and certainly do not have to be completed, though they bring a variety of benefits if they are completed. In Stick RPG 2, the game is clustered with a diverse assortment of side quests, with the only primary objective being to collect all three 4th Dimension Objects and return them to Professor Ansel.
2) During the late evening, go to The Club and speak with DJ MatchStick McQuick. He will request a pizza, which you can buy at Joe's Pizza Place, and a milkshake, which you can buy at McSticks. You will then get a Trophemon.
The flamethrower is one of the best weapons for fighting gangs with a massive power of Six. The flamethrower can wipe out enemies even quicker than the sledge hammer and other basic weapons and it can be a beast at wiping out gangs like Westside and Eastside. However, to do this quest, you must have Director's Cut.
There are 20 different Side Quests throughout South Park: The Stick of Truth. Many of them are fairly simple, and reward you with a new Friend. Others reward you with Weapons or Patches. Below you will find all of the side-quests, the location where you start each of them, and what you get when it unlocks.
When you use the quest 3 with a link cable and open deovr, the sticks dont function at all. can't tilt up and down. cant scroll through directories, and you can't bind anything to the x or y axis because it doesnt detect the movement.
Hey boudaba & dsm , I just received a confirmation from our developer team that they are currently working on a fix and it will be implemented in the future release of the DeoVR app. In the meantime, I kindly ask for your patience until it's released.
Hello, I can confirm the problem was fixed last year soon after the last reply but it seems that at the present time it is the same problem again. This started happening again (at least for me) since around the first week of January if I remember correctly. When it was fixed and working fine I was seeing the quest 3 controllers inside the app but now I see again the quest 2 controllers and the settings reports that I am using Oculust Rift controllers. Do others have this problem again? Is it being investigated?
This same thing started to happen to me. When I am playing Onward, the left joy stick is movement. I will hold the joy stick to one side to move, if I release it, it physically goes to the center, but my avatar will drift to the right (keep moving). I can wiggle the stick to stop the movement, but sometimes it starts drifting again. It is a real problem in game because I can not stop.
My left controller jitters a bit when playing Tetris Effect. When it springs back, it makes the pieces move by one over, and not where I want to place them. Makes playing the game a little tough sometimes.
I had this issue while under warranty and after exhaustive questioning and providing videos, they replaced my controller with a refurb...6 months later, same issue. I think it is a design flaw that if you play games that require using the thumb stick a lot , it just can't handle the usage. Looking online for a replacement and of course it isn't available (hint hint buy Quest 2) unless you go to ebay and then it's $100+ for a used controller.
So... I can't get the Long Stick. I got the first Short Stick under the bed, then going Under the Desk it says "This is where you found the short stick" instead of turning it into Long Stick. I type "Long Stick" anyway under the bed but it doesn't give me the Cube. Everything else was fine.
The issue is that if you get the Short Stick under the bed and then go to the desk to get the second one, the desk will instead tell you that's where you found the first stick. So essentially, you only have one Short Stick and you're unable to get a second one. My other guildmates found that if you get the one under the desk FIRST you can then get two by going to the bed second.
VModCinnamon, we've confirmed the bug happens if you talk to the bed first instead of the desk first. We've tried Long Stick / Rod in capital, without capital, half half, together, etc. We even made with different chars, talked to the desk first and everything went smoothly. Lots of people complaining and openins chats on the quest room. It is something that has to be addressed by the staff.
one day i was on my way to somewhere when the water bottle in my bag opened and spilled on my quest 2 & controllers my quest & right controller was fine but my left controller hadn't had the battery protector on so it got "more" water damage than the rest & now its infinitely pressed in before it also had stick drift becals of the water to but that gone away after time strangely so if you could pleas give me some possible that would be good thanks.
Kian Wareing sounds like it gets shortened out. I suggest that now is a good time to open it up. Use this guide Oculus Quest 2 Controller Disassembly for that. Then clean everything with some high grade isopropyl alcohol (+95%) and a soft brush Check for burned out or otherwise damaged looking components etc. Post some pictures of what find with your QUESTION. Constructed of lightweight and durable carbon fibre, the Quest T62CU offers a stable platform of up to 1575mm so you can use it comfortably whether you are kneeling or standing. The quick flip locks make the height adjustment quick and easy.
Despite this versatility, it weighs just 875g and folds up to just 700mm, making it easy to carry over any terrain. With a soft foam, contoured hand grip and anti-slip rubber feet, the Quest T62CU is designed to cope with the elements.
