Development of new application needs a helping hand

I am trying to host my own Ushahidi instance and have a few issues which really have to get sorted. I have been sending threads to the forum but there is no activity. Does anyone know the best way to solve the following challenges?

1. Internet Explorer error by almost every ushahidi instance (error in line 138 jquery.js)

2. Contact form doesn´t send due to captcha problem

3. Comments not being sent

4. Ability to modify basemaps and add geoserver layers /geowebcache layers/ mbt tiles / and other openlayers formats
