The USGW Election Committee would like to thank all of the candidates and voters for
participating in the election process. Below are the results of the 2019 Election.

Total Members: 1239
Registered to Vote: 849
Passwords Sent 114 (13.43%)
Eligible National Coordinator 849 Voted: 93 (10.95%)
Eligible Rep at Large 849 Voted: 81 (9.54%)
Eligible Special Projects 114 Voted: 19 (16.67%)
Eligible NENC_CC 256 Voted: 31 (12.11%)
Eligible NWPL_SC 25 Voted: 11 (44.00%)
Eligible NWPL_CC 187 Voted: 31 (16.58%)
Eligible SEMA_CC 278 Voted: 26 (9.35%)
Eligible SWSC_CC 234 Voted: 35 (14.96%)

The EC declares Denise Wells the winner.

The EC declares a runoff between Norma Hass and Rebecca Maloney.

The EC declares David Gochenour the winner.

SWSC CC Rep
The EC declares Doreen Harunaga-Ewing the winner.

The run-off election will begin at 12:00AM on August 7th and end at 11:59PM on August 20th.

The candidates for NWPL CC Rep are Norma Hass and Rebecca Maloney.

All members of the NWPL Region who were registered to vote prior to 1 Jun 2019 are eligible to vote in this runoff election.

New voting passwords are assigned for the runoff election. You can request yours at http://usgwelections.org once the voting booth opens on August 7th.

Thank you, Jana.  You are correct.  We need more help and we need our SCs to be locating new coordinators for their counties in their states.  We all need to pull together to keep this project viable.  I'm sure we don't want this to all be for naught.

Congratulations to Denise and all all the other candidates.  

Although I lost, I think it sends a message that about half of us want to see some sort of change in finding new people to work with us.

Let’s all work to see a new improved project in the coming years.  I’m sure Denise will agree to that as she has done a good job in the past.
