With all members voting "Yes", Motion 2020/21-11A to amend Motion 2020/21-11 Website Review Special Committee passes.

Motion 2020/21-11 Website Review Special Committee will now read as:

"I move, by general consent, to form a Special Committee to review the content of the USGenweb website for relevance and freshness.

"The committee will consist of Rebecca Maloney (Chair), Martha Graham, Nancy Janeszeski, Tim Stowell, and MaryAlice Schwanke and will serve until the work is completed, or until the end of the 2020/21 term on 8/31/2021 at the latest. 

“The committee will review pages in the Research, Volunteer Support, and Website Support sections of the USGenweb website consisting only of the domain names pertaining to the USGenWeb National website (usgenweb.org, usgenweb.com and any other domains related only the USGenWeb National website). Where possible, the Committee will submit proposed content revisions directly to the Advisory Board for final review, approval, and publishing. The Committee will submit a monthly progress report to the Advisory Board for the record.”
