For the record:

The HOSTEK hosting renewal invoice for $71.95 was paid today, thanks to generous contributions by Advisory Board members. This hosting invoice is due yearly by December 21.

The USGenWebElections.org website is hosted on HOSTEK. The EC software, developed by Larry Stephens uses Cold Fusion, and this is one of the few remaining hosting services that support this technology.

March 2021 Renewals

Our two Service Marks are due for renewal by March 29, 2021, with USPTO. The renewal cost will be $300 for each Service Mark. There may be additional filing fees required. If the renewal date is missed there is a 6 month grace period for completing renewal and additional fees will be incurred. I believe the renewals are for a 10-year period, but this needs to be validated. 

Another announcement regarding the Service Mark renewals will be forthcoming as soon as all fees and costs are determined. These are our largest expenses and we will need donations from the membership in order to be able to renew these two Service Marks.
