Forthcoming Visitation by Prof. Njodi and entourage to Malaysia

Good evening All,

Hope you are all in good health,

I want to inform you ahead of time of the forthcoming visitation by the VC of Unimaid to Malaysia sometime in September, 2016. The information was relayed to me by the TETFund desk officer a few days ago. The proposed visitation team will include 5 members made up of the VC, DVCs, Bursar and Tetfund Desk officer.

The highlights of the visit include:

*Visit to Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (return visit; they visited Unimaid sometime ago).

*Courtesy call on the VC UPM- Datin Aini Idris

*Interactive session with Staff members,

*A working visit to Universiti Malaya (tentative).

This is just a preamble to notify you ahead of time, i will post exact dates and schedule of the visit as it unfolds with time.

****Staff members from UM should contact either me or the chairman to discuss how to arrange the visitation to the University.

Good day All,

How is life and the current recession? It is really not easy, especially to those without funding yet.

I want to update you on the visitation of the Vice Chancellor Unimaid and his entourage.

Our August visitors are set to depart Nigeria on the 18th of September and arrive Malaysia on the 19th. The panel is made up of the VC, DVC Academic, TETFund officer and Deans of Veterinary Medicine and Engineering faculties.

There will be a meeting of the entourage with USFM members on the 20th of September, 2016 at 2:30 pm. The venue is slated to be at the Mahasiswa Academic complex (under process).
Please endeavor to clear up you schedules in order to find time and attend this important meeting.

The TETFund officer has requested for an updated list of all staff. Thus, i would like all members to send me their details and current academic progress as follows;

Good day All,

Our visitors will arrive this Monday in the evening. The Secretariat will mobilize two vehicles for their pickup from the airport and transportation to the hotel.  Since they will be arriving quite late, it is unnecessary for scholars to go to the airport.

The meeting of the entourage with scholars will hold in the Mahasiswa complex; Bilik Mesuayrat, upstairs, opposite the post graduate room at 2.30pm on Tuesday, 20th September. All scholars should endeavor to attend.

The secretariat wishes to requests the assistance of scholars around UPM to help in cleaning and arranging the venue tomorrow, Sunday from 11:30-1pm.
