Seeking volunteers for V.90 Beta test

We are currently testing the new V.90 Beta code for USF modems and are seeking
25 volunteers to help test the code. Requirements are that youhave a V.90
modem, modem manual for your modem, and are willingto answer a few short
questionaires.

If you are interested in participating in the V.90 Beta test, send E-mail to
dia...@ritchie.acomp.usf.edu stating the following:

1. modem brand and model (this must be specific)
2. V.90 only -or- Kflex & V.90
3. operating system (Windows 95, Mac, etc.)

Acceptance will be based on first to volunteer with a modem brand/model not
already on the accepted list.

Those accepted will be sent a temporary logonID, password and telephone number
for the V.90 test pool.

This offer ends Friday, September 18, at 2 p.m.
All requests after this date will be discarded.

We may be looking for more volunteers in our next phase of V.90 testing,
so stay tuned if you miss this opportunity.
