Only getting 33.6 on a new K56flex (Supra 56i)

I installed a new Diamond Supra 56i (K56flex chipset) tonight, and my
connection rates to USF have been no higher than 33600. I've been able to
dial up to my ISP, which also has K56flex modems, at rates between
42000-46000.

I've checked the settings for both connectoids and I don't see any obvious
problem. Suggestions are welcome.

USF hasn't upgraded their modems to 56k yet. They're waiting on a
shipment.

We are waiting on a shipment before enabling the K56flex technology. The
most updated information will always be available on the web site:
