In the UK we have a number of ISP's who provide free dial up access -
Virgin.net, Freeserve.net and Aol to name but 3.

I am travelling to Toronto in a few days, and am looking for a dial up pop
that I can use for a week or so. Has the free dial up concept crossed the
atlantic yet? or are us Brits ahead of you guys?
If anyone can provide me with a telephone No and a username/password that
would be great.
