sorry it took so long. more tedious than i thought. but i've worked
out a schedule that allows 38 of the 70 employees work 4 ten hour
shifts. The schedule gives these shifts to all supervisors and
bilinguals plus 8 extra non-bilingual phone agents. every employee
works on monday and friday, and all shifts either start an hour early
or run an hour late. There is also enough coverage to account for
employees calling in sick. tell me what you think
