refunds?

this may be entirely on our end with Google checkout, but just quickly- is there any kind of refund process through topscore/ultimatecentral? we had an undersubscribed league that we had to cancel and now we need to issue refunds. It seems like it would be best to do this by crediting back to card, I just don't know if we ought to be doing something through topscore?

Hey Pierre,

If you give a refund within the same month, and make sure it gets changed from paid to refunded on the player's invoice, it will all be taken care of automatically. If say a player paid in May, and then you issue the refund in June, it will not be automatic since you were invoice for May already, in which case you just email me and I'll do it manually. The refunds through google checkout would be up to you to do. Just make sure you update each player from paid to canceled!

I am not sure I am doing this right.
I go to the league in question, choose a player I need to refund, and I see some options under "status":  paid, pending, waived, canceled.
I don't see where I record a players transaction to "refunded". and even if I did see that option, I can't figure out how I would refund just one of the two leagues the player signed up for? 


I don't actually have the keys to our google checkout, so i am going to pass this along to someone smarter than me…

Hey Pierre,

It is in the player's registration, so you can go to each league tab, and use the people admin tab for that league. You should change the payment status to canceled. You can also change the player status to inactive.
