Override Player Scores

PADA is trying to do a massive Player Score scrubbing (to make it easier on specific leagues in the future). But when you enter a scrubbed score for a player it only applies to that one league - and not to any future leagues. Can we add the ability to globally scrub someone's score and have it stick in future leagues?

Noted. We don't like this either.

We're deep in the midst of the next version of Ultimate Central, which will be the most dramatic (read: awesome) iteration it's seen so far. We're trying to get any long-standing not-quite-correct data model problems like this one worked out as part of this set of changes.
