Great SBT introduction and explanation

So I came across this video yesterday and wanted to share it with all of you. I second Aaron's assessment of SBT in that it's a wonderful tool and makes scala development even more wonderful. And although the documentation on the wiki has greatly improved as of late, it can still be a little tricky to understand certain concepts. So for those of you who prefer lecture type instruction, definitely check this out.
