We had some problems over the weekend with out of synch front end servers
causing articles to not be retrieved. We're investigating this issue. Do
you have sample message IDs from sets that exhibit this behavior?
Have your speeds improved?
Thank you,

Our admins were alerted to this issue and continue to work on a fix so this
does not become a permanent experience on weekends. We appreciate your
patience as they work to optimize things.

As I stated in my other post, our admins were alerted to this and they are
continuing efforts to address this. We apologize for the inconvenience and
appreciate your patience as the admins work on a fix. We do not want this
to become a permanent issue on weekends.
Thank you,

We've learned that ome groups were still not 100% caught up. We've been
given an estimated 16 hour window to be caught up on all group backlogs.
