Today it was rec.food.cooking.
Can you provide a sample message-Id?

How do I do that when the damn message was no longer available? Nothing
downloaded.
If I understand you correctly, you are seeing the header information,
but the body (message portion) is not loading. If this is the case,
you should be able to view the full header information and grab the
Message-Id whether or not the body is available.
