I'm noticing that you've been posting to this support group via a
competitor, you're posts in usenetserver.support are not appearing via
UNS's servers since we don't accept posts from other providers for this
internal group.

I'd like to help you if you can let me know if you're still having
problems. Please be sure to post using UNS' servers so we can all see your
posts and work towards a resolution.

Thanks,
Mark
UNS Support Team

This post is proof that UNS can't do anything right.

I posted from a competitor before things were locked down entirely to
ensure the person in question saw my post. Otherwise, he may not see me
reaching out to him. I had a window of opportunity to get that post out and
took that window.

So the "Internal Newsgroup" is still WIDE Open?

What a select bunch of Clowns that was chosen to run this 'swerver'.

Competitor? What competitor? If that's the case, why does my credit card get
charged $14.95 every goddamn month from UNS? I use Optimum Online as an ISP but
UNS as a news server and nothing else. What the hell are you referring to??
