We are currently receiving a rash of customer complaints regarding
having problems connecting via the default NNTP port 119. We have found
that trying one of the alternate available ports has worked for all that
are being affected by this problem (at least so far changing ports has
worked for all of them).

If you are having problems connecting, please try using an alternative
port. Below is a list of the available ports able to be used to connect
to our NNTP farm.
� 119 (default)
� 20
� 23
� 25
� 3128
� 7000
� 8000
� 9000
When using 7000, 8000, or 9000, be sure to give the change at least
15mins. Those ports actually re-route your connection over a different
one of our backbones.
