[usefulgardens] Peas and cucs...

Alrighty, I do this every year and I may even have asked this already
but here goes...I set up trellises for my peas, which have just now
taken off....as always I got a little giddy at the greenhouse and came
home with my cucs and butternut squash plants...which I like to plant
on the trellis...can I intermingle them with the peas? Or will they
grow to fast and hurt my pea harvest? Should I add another trellis
somewhere else and use the peas for gourds after pea harvest...hmm I
think I just answered my own question. But humor me and tell me if
intermingling will work. Thanks, Sloane

LOL, Yep. You're right - you DID answer your own question!
I don't know that your peas will choke your cukes - they ought to be winding down before the cukes really get anywhere... what did you finally do?

I haven't done anything yet. I plan on putting everything in the
ground on Saturday. :o)
