Technical problem: live4 server couldn't connect

Below is a report from our engineers. There is a potential live channel service down. Can you help to check and get Live 4 server back?

Live4（118.97.167.17）seams something wrong，zabbix alarmed “Zabbix agent no running” about this server on 12.27 ,and I just ping live4 from live3 show failure. please help check the problem.thanks

Hi Anson,
Server OTT-04 is running now after doing "hard reset" but unfortunately I can't logn into that server. Did you change the password ?
