I have for sale line for the preparation of fabrics used in artificial leather production.

 

WET PROCESS/COAGULATION line for the preparation of fabrics used in artificial leather production.  Manufacturer Impianti Continui s.p.a., year 1987, consisting of:

1 Fabric accumulator and edge fabric cutters, 2 Pre-impregnation head, impregnation and rinsing bath volume 3m3 volume 3m3, 3 Impregnation head, impregnation and rinsing bath volume 12m3, 4 Rinsing series of 8 baths, 5 Dryer tunnels floor dryer heated with thermic oil, 6 Width of coating until 1.700 mm, 7 Coating speed: until 20 m/min, 8 Basic purpose: compacted, non elastic textile bases coagulation, 9 Dimension of line: Length: 45,3 m, width with installations: 5,65 m.
