INFORMATIONS:  

- Owner of the line is a factory with more than 100 years of experience in textiles 

  and they have very big experience dyeing with indigo lines/machines... 

  They have been envolved too in the development of new technologies to reduce the waste and water use. If you come you will understand... 

- This line, was developed by the owner in collaboration with BENNINGER GROUP and the fabrics produced with this line have big quality dyeing ... It was the first line all over the world...

- About NITROGEN, line reduces with this system the indigo dyes in 5% and chems 

  between a 10-15%, this at the end of a working year is a good cost reduction... and only increase the compressed air requeriment in 2 bars (6 bars to 8 bars)... 

  In any case, future owners can run the line with or without NITROGEN, depending 

  on their needs, and line can work perfectly too... 

- This line is very versatile and have many different working/dyeing possibilities 

  (like pad steam and others) but without an inspection, is very difficult to explain 

  by email or phone ... 

- Video sent to you was recorded by me during my inspection 

- Our calculations said will be required around 30-32 containers to move the line 

- We can offer services of erection and commissioning too and support the buyers 

  with the technology / know-how of the owner... 

- As I told you the owner is selling his fabrics to the best reputed brands in this world and of course producing best quality fabrics and serving to these brands to all new request and new products developments...
