EADBC Events in Washington, DC - Update

Good morning ndugu,

Yesterday we spoke with DMA and Homestrings who have been tasked by the White House to hold the first ever US- Africa Diaspora Investment Symposium on August 4th, 2014 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC. I am happy to inform you that EADBC be an official partner for this event. This means EADBC will have a 5-7 minute speaking slot in addition to branding opportunities on all their communication, program book, press releases and much more. This will be in addition to our modified program scheduled for August 5th and 6th , 2014 in the Washington, DC area. The August 5th is a partnership between EADBC and Prince George's County in Maryland. The August 6th event is a study mission. The study mission has currently gained the interest of the Kenyan and Ugandans for the most part. Effort is under way to solicit similar interest in other East African countries as well.  Please see the tentative agenda attached.
