Trojan提供10/25星期六在錢櫃KTV所舉辦的”K王爭霸”初賽報名表, 有興趣的同學請前往詢問及報名! 同時我們在現場也將販售”K王爭

In order for you to sign up for Southern California KTV Contest, USC
TSA will be at Tommy Trojan from Monday 10/20, to Thursday 10/23, 11am
to 2pm. We will also provide/accept applications for KTV contest and
sell tickets for the audience seats, so if you’re interested please

比賽方式:
先透過所有南加州每個協辦學生會舉辦初選。初選由各個學校學生會自訂時間、地點、和評分標準。(如果該校無法舉行初選，也可以請有興趣的同學報名參加
USC TSA10/25/2008所舉辦的初選活動，但是凡參加USC TSA初選的參賽者必須繳交$20，順利晉級者，則無須繳交複賽費用)。
初賽獎品:
第一名: 錢櫃KTV禮卷$300+ 張惠妹12/12演唱會門票一張
第二名: 錢櫃KTV禮卷$100+ 張惠妹12/12演唱會門票一張
第三名: 錢櫃KTV禮卷$ 50 + 張惠妹12/12演唱會門票一張
各個學校初選所選出的前三名將晉級複賽(美國區決賽), 代表該學生會與其他南加州大學同樂。每位參賽者須準備兩首歌，中英文皆可。複賽報名表必須由各
學生會統一在11/2/2008以前繳交至USC TSA。凡是參加複賽的觀眾需繳交$5/person。

第一名: 錢櫃KTV禮卷$500 + 張惠妹12/12演唱會門票一張

複賽評審:
複賽評審團將由迪士尼音樂配唱製作人, 好萊塢音樂學院院長, 專業歌手指導老師和台灣資深經紀人組成。高規格的評審團讓比賽絕對精彩。
複賽更將被製作為電視節目, 也邀請到超級星光大道的王彥博(Albert Wang)來擔任開場表演嘉賓喔! 在鳳凰衛視, 亞洲衛視, 黑龍江電視
台, 世界日報官方網站等電視及網路媒體播出中播出, 平面新聞媒體, 廣播電台也都會有專訪及大篇幅報導., 絕對是洛杉磯有史以來最大的一場以學生
為主體的KTV選拔盛事!

Destiny’s Child, Beyonce等的國際天王製作人Ashley Ingram. 讓K王爭霸賽的水準提升到和國際接軌!

Contest Rules:
Each School will host its own preliminary – the date, place and
standard of evaluation. If a school cannot host its own preliminary,
contestants can also join the one at USC and fill out the application
form before 10/25/2008. Anyone who would like to join the event at USC
will pay a $20 fee, but will not need to pay again if you advance to
the second round.
Prizes for preliminary:
1st Place: Cashbox KTV $300 coupon + one ticket to A-Mei’s concert
2nd Place: Cashbox KTV $100 coupon + one ticket to A-Mei’s concert
3rd Place: Cashbox KTV $50 coupon + one ticket to A-Mei’s concert

Date: November 15th, 2008

Each school will choose three of their best contestants to advance to
the second round, along with other schools from southern California.
For those who advance to the second round, you will fill out another
form with the following information: your full name, contact
information and two songs that you would like to sing, whether in
Chinese or English before Nov.2nd, 2008.
Judges:
Judges for the second round will be professional – senior music
industry agents and instructional teachers for professional singers.
Such high quality will guarantee a spectacular competition.
Prizes for preliminary:
1st Place: Cashbox KTV $500 coupon + one ticket to A-Mei’s concert
2nd Place: Cashbox KTV $300 coupon + one ticket to A-Mei’s concert
3rd Place: Cashbox KTV $100 coupon + one ticket to A-Mei’s concert
The second round will be made into a TV show, and we also invited
Albert Wang from Super Star Ave. Season 3 to be our guest singer! It
will be broadcasted in HLJTV USA, ATV USA, LA 18, WECTV, World Journal
Website, and etc. In addition to TV shows, it will also be promoted on
local newspaper, radio station so it’s definitely one of the biggest
KTV contests of the year.
Grand Prize:
On 11/15/2008, first and second place contestants will represent
southern California to join competition from around the world. The
semifinal competition will be held in Canada, and we will provide
everything – plane ticket, hotel and meal, so you don’t have to pay a
cent. Judges include producer for Universal Music, producer Ashley
Ingram, and vice president of Phoenix Satellite Television Ms. Tseng.
Prizes for semifinal:
1st Place: A brand new car
2nd Place: USD 8000
3rd Place: USD 6000
Final Round:
3 finalists from semifinal will go to Beijing to participate in the
final round, and of course, plane tickets, hotel and meal will be
covered. The winner of the final round will receive a contract from
Universal Music.
Deadline: last day to apply for preliminary round will be 10/25/2008
Fees: $10 for USC TSA members, $20 for non-members, $25 at the door
Audience tickets: (includes preliminary and second round) $8 for USC
TSA members, $10 for non-members. Everyone will receive a
complementary drink and your tickets will be a raffle ticket for A-
Mei’s concert ticket.
