2024-25 USC Rugby is Back! Alumni Flag Rugby Game on Campus September 14

View this email in your browser Calling All Able-Bodied Rugby Alumni Flag X Rugby Tournament at USC on Saturday, Sept 14 To welcome in the new school year and spread the game of rugby, USC Rugby will be hosting a Flag X Rugby tournament on campus on Saturday, September 14. Details are still be solidified for starting time and location, but we are seeking alumni to come together to form a team. Flag X Rugby is a new development tool that our program will be rolling out alongside rugby personality and commentator, Dallen Stanford. Joining Dallen will be USA Rugby 7's Legend Perry Baker.  Any alumni interested in playing, please fill out the Google Form linked here. This is will be a fantastic opportunity for current players to meet program alumni and feel the support of the Trojan Alumni Network. Please join!  Class is Back in Session 2024-25 USC Men's Rugby Program Outline As of Monday, school is back in session and all of us here at USC Rugby are excited about the new season. During the summer, the club's executive board met with coaches and alumni frequently to set up plans for this coming school year. The fall schedule is still being solidified, however we can confirm that USC Rugby will be headed to San Diego for their first Fall Training Camp in recent program history from September 20-22. The Trojans will train and scrimmage with University of San Diego and will spend the weekend in San Diego bonding, learning, and practicing. More details and season schedule to be released soon. We are looking for a San Diego or Orange Based Alumni that would be willing to host the team for a BBQ or sponsored-meal at a nearby restaurant as the team drives back to campus on Sunday, Sept 22 afternoon.
